Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, so if you are unhappy with the order please email us at info@campgrill.com.au with your name, order number and a brief description of why you'd like to return the order. We will work with you to come up with a solution. 

Please note, original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Return postage fees are the responsible of the customer.  CAMP GRILL PTY LTD will not be held responsible for any lost parcels; therefore, we recommend using a trackable service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Warranty

Our products have twelve months manufacturer's warranty. The item will not be refunded or exchanged due to wear and tear, mistreatment or change of mind. Proof of purchase must be provided.
